Charming Taxidermy European Robin (Erithacus rubecula) or 'Robin Red Breast' singing his little heart out!
He's perched on to a wooden branch with some handmade foliage on the base.
The mushrooms are sculpted from fimo clay.
Did you know?
The European Robin was named 'Robin Red-breast' back in the 1400s because the colour orange didn't exist at this time!

One of my best projects to date, even if he did take approximately 30 hours to complete. Check out the taxidermy process of the peacock in the blog:

A gorgeous taxidermy mount of a Black-Headed Gull (Chroicocephalus ridibundus) in winter plumage, perched on driftwood base.
This specimen was sadly found deceased on a farming site and had very minor injures.
