How to start your order
To initiate the creation of your cherished pet memorial locket, please upload an image of your pet at the checkout. (Make sure it is good quality, free from over exposed light or dark shadows. This will be the photo used for the oil painting.)
If you experience any problems at this stage, or you’d prefer to discuss by another means, please do get in contact with me.
After a successful order, I will provide you with a dedicated package, including instructions, a clip scoop for safe handling, a secure bag to encase the precious ashes. I will also include a pre-paid returns label for easy shipment back to me.
Timescales will vary depending on my current work load, but typically, the turnaround time for a locket from start to finish be approximately 2 weeks.
